DehazeLabs built and deployed a production business itelligence platform that connects GHR Infra’s CRM and ERP information, enables natural-language business questions, and supports automated recurring reporting.
GHR Infra’s business information was spread across systems supporting sales, bookings, inventory, and collections. Leadership and business teams had access to data, but answering cross-functional questions often meant consulting separate reports and manually bringing information together.
DehazeLabs built CompanyBrain, an AI-powered business intelligence and decision-support platform powered by Claude, Anthropic’s AI model, to address that problem. The platform brings CRM and ERP information into a unified data layer and gives business users a more direct way to explore their operational information.
CompanyBrain is deployed in production at GHR Infra, supporting 30 users across three departments, with 10 users in each department. Following its introduction, GHR Infra observed an approximately 80% reduction in the manual effort involved in preparing departmental reports.
The Business Problem: Data Was Available, but Answers Required Manual Work
GHR Infra operates in a data-intensive real-estate environment. Information generated across sales, bookings, inventory, and collections needed to be brought together to provide a useful view of business performance.
Before CompanyBrain, answering a cross-department question could require checking multiple systems, consulting separate reports, and manually combining the results. Preparing departmental reports created recurring work for teams before the information could be used for decision-making.
GHR Infra needed a consolidated view of its CRM and ERP information, a way to ask business questions in plain language, and the ability to automate recurring reports. The solution also needed to reflect the company’s actual workflows rather than introduce another generic reporting interface.
The Solution: CompanyBrain, Powered by Claude
DehazeLabs designed and delivered CompanyBrain around those requirements. The solution combines a unified business data layer, a Claude-powered AI experience, and an agentic framework for recurring reporting.
A Unified View of CRM and ERP Information
CompanyBrain brings information from GHR Infra’s CRM and ERP systems into a single database. This creates a consolidated foundation for exploring business information across functions, rather than treating each department’s information as a separate reporting exercise.
The data integration addresses the first part of the problem: bringing the relevant business information together before users ask questions about it. Instead of starting with “Which system contains this information?”, users can focus on “What is happening with sales, bookings, or collections?”
Claude-Powered Access to Business Information
Claude is the AI model powering CompanyBrain’s business intelligence experience. DehazeLabs built the surrounding application and connected the experience to GHR Infra’s operational information and business workflows.
Within this Claude-powered application, business users can ask questions about GHR Infra’s own data in natural language. Examples include:
- “How did this week’s sales compare with last week?”
- “Which areas need attention?”
- “What is happening with collections and bookings?”
Instead of requesting a separately prepared report for each question, users can explore business performance through the CompanyBrain interface.
This is how the Claude-powered solution addresses GHR Infra’s reporting challenge: CompanyBrain combines consolidated business information with a natural-language interface, reducing dependence on manually assembled reports to get to useful information.
Recurring Reporting Through CompanyBrain Agent
CompanyBrain also includes an agentic framework for recurring business workflows. Weekly sales summaries, collections updates, and performance snapshots can be scheduled so that information is prepared and delivered automatically.
The application therefore supports both user-initiated questions and recurring reporting workflows. GHR Infra can use the same business intelligence platform to explore a question and to prepare information that is needed repeatedly.
Built Around GHR Infra’s Operations—and Deployed in Production
The engagement followed DehazeLabs’ Forward Deployed Engineering approach. Engineers worked directly with GHR Infra’s business and technology teams to understand how teams operate, which questions matter most, and where reporting effort was being spent.
GHR Infra provided business context and access to the required data. DehazeLabs took responsibility for CompanyBrain’s design, engineering, integration, and delivery.
The implementation progressed through discovery, integration, building, validation, and deployment into an operational production system used directly by GHR Infra’s users.
Today, the deployment serves 30 users across three departments, with 10 users in each department.
The Results: Approximately 80% Less Manual Reporting Effort
The most visible early impact has been on departmental reporting. Based on its observation of the manual work involved in preparing reports, GHR Infra saw approximately 80% less report-preparation effort after CompanyBrain was introduced.
Measure | Outcome or Deployment Scope |
Manual effort preparing departmental reports | Approximately 80% reduction, based on customer observation |
Connected business systems | 2: CRM and ERP |
Production users | 30 |
Departments using CompanyBrain | 3 |
Users per department | 10 |
The reporting improvement reflects a change in how teams access business information. Rather than repeatedly collecting information from different systems and assembling reports, users can work from a consolidated data layer, ask business questions directly, and schedule recurring reporting workflows.
Customer Perspective
“At GHR Infra, we believe technology should make decision-making simpler, faster, and more informed. We selected DehazeLabs to build CompanyBrain specifically around our business, and it’s already helping our teams get to answers faster and make more informed decisions.”— GHR Infra
What Comes Next
CompanyBrain provides a foundation for broader adoption at GHR Infra. Future expansion can include additional users, more business questions, additional data sources, and more recurring agent-driven workflows.
The direction remains the same: make business information easier to access and use, while continuing to build around GHR Infra’s actual operating needs.
About DehazeLabs
DehazeLabs is a member of the Claude Partner Network and builds production AI and data platforms for enterprises. Through its Forward Deployed Engineering approach, DehazeLabs works directly with customer teams to design and deploy systems around their operational workflows.
For GHR Infra, that approach resulted in CompanyBrain: a production business intelligence platform powered by Claude and built around the customer’s own data, reporting requirements, and business questions.
